Please email me at or call 1-718-238-0111 to place an order. If I am not available to take your call, I will respond to your message as soon as possible.

Pieces are not mass produced; therefore, online ordering is not available. Please keep in mind that the more complicated pieces, especially if customized, will require more time to complete than smaller pieces. Please let me know if your order is time-sensitive. I will do my best to get your order to you by the date needed.

You will receive an email confirming your order and its total, which you should keep for your records. Please understand I will cancel the order if there is a problem with payment and I am unable to contact you by phone or email.

International Orders:
Please contact me for shipping options to destinations outside the U.S. The USPS does provide USPS Priority Mail International (PMI) to 190 countries/territories worldwide.

I accept major credit cards and payment by check. Should you choose to pay by check, your order will ship when your check has cleared.

*New York City and State residents are subject to all applicable sales tax for your area.

U.S. orders are shipped via insured USPS Priority Mail small flat rate box ($5.80) with tracking, free delivery confirmation and up to $50.00 insurance. Shipping fees include shipping, handling and insurance. You will receive an email confirming shipment.

Shipment by other carriers, such as UPS and/or service type, such as Express Mail is available upon request. Please be aware of the increased costs when choosing an alternate carrier and/or service type.

If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, 30 days must pass from time of mailing before an insurance claim may be submitted.

If you do not receive your order or it arrives damaged, you must contact me via email at or call 1-718-238-0111 before returning it insured with the original packaging.

If you do not want your package insured, I am not responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

A choice of refund minus shipping or an exchange is available if you are not satisfied with your order, which must be returned prior to refund or exchange.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund or exchange, return it within 14 days of receipt. You must contact me via email at or by phone at 1-718-238-0111 before returning the pieces or I cannot accept it.

Please return the pieces to me in their original, undamaged condition, which includes gift box/bag. Regardless of the method of return chosen, you must insure the package.

A refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges) will be processed as soon as I have received and inspected the pieces. You will receive an email confirming receipt of return, followed by an email confirming your refund has been processed, which you should keep for your records.

I ask you to consider an exchange rather than a refund to preserve the charitable donation represented by your purchase.

I guarantee my work. If your piece breaks within 14 days from receipt of your order, please contact me via email at or by phone at 1-718-238-0111. I will work with you to have the piece returned for repair at no cost. Any breakage due to abuse, neglect or mistreatment does not qualify.

However, accidents can and do happen. Should your piece break due to an accident, please contact me. A fee for repairs may or may not apply depending upon the materials and/or labor required.

International Returns:
You must contact me via email at or by phone at 1-718-238-0111 before returning any internationally shipped order.
